Refund Policy

1. Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

When you purchase a Wee Walkies membership online, you have the right to cancel your membership and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase — provided you have not yet accessed any course content or downloaded any certificates.

This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Waiver of Cooling-Off Right — Digital Content

Under Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to cancel is lost once you begin accessing digital content — specifically, once you have:

• 1Completed a course and downloaded a course completion certificate, or
• 2Accessed and consumed course lesson content in full.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that once a course certificate has been issued to you, your right to a refund for that membership period is waived, as the digital content has been fully delivered and consumed.

You are informed of this waiver at the point of purchase and are required to confirm your agreement before completing your order.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period (where applicable), please contact us at:

Please include your name, email address, and the date of purchase in your request. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation request being confirmed, back to your original payment method.

4. Pet Professional (Free) Memberships

Founding pet professional memberships are provided free of charge. As no payment is taken, this refund policy does not apply to free memberships. You may cancel your free membership at any time by contacting us.

5. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

Outside of your statutory rights, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion — for example, in cases of technical failure that prevented access to the platform. These are not guaranteed and are assessed individually.
